1Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" means the nee999 website and all associated mobile-optimised pages, game interfaces, betting systems, wallet features, and customer support channels accessible at nee999.app and related sub-domains.

"Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.

"Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

"Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotional terms.

"Bet" or "Wager" means a financial stake placed by a Player on a sports event outcome, casino game result, or any other wagerable event made available on the Platform.

"Applicable Law" means the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction from which a Player accesses the Platform, to the extent that such laws apply to the Player's use of the Platform.

2Account Registration and Eligibility

To register an Account on nee999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under Applicable Law as it applies to you personally.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended nee999 Account.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register that covers the nee999 Platform.
• You are acting as a private individual for recreational purposes and not in the course of a business or professional capacity.

nee999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held.

3Account Verification (KYC)

In order to comply with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards, nee999 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documentation at any of the following stages:

• Upon first withdrawal request.
• When your cumulative deposits exceed a threshold set by nee999 at its discretion.
• When nee999's risk and compliance systems flag an Account for review.
• At any time nee999 reasonably believes verification is warranted.

Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to: a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID; proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months); and proof of payment method ownership. nee999 may request additional documentation where the initial submission is deemed insufficient. Accounts that remain unverified beyond the period specified in nee999's verification request notice may be suspended until verification is completed.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

nee999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page for a specific payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. nee999 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform's payments information page. However, nee999 does not guarantee processing within any specific time and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.

nee999 reserves the right to request full KYC verification before releasing any withdrawal, regardless of whether the Account has previously passed a verification check. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, where technically possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, nee999 will determine an appropriate alternative and notify the Player.

5Betting Rules and Settlement

All Bets placed on the nee999 sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and market rules published on the Platform at the time the Bet is placed. By submitting a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

nee999 reserves the right to void any Bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• The Bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded or been suspended.
• The odds displayed were the result of a manifest technical error or pricing error.
• nee999 has reasonable grounds to believe the Bet was placed as part of a coordinated effort to exploit a pricing anomaly or in connection with match-fixing activity.
• The underlying event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to conclude within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules.

Settled results published on the Platform are final once the settlement period specified in the applicable rules has elapsed, except where nee999 subsequently identifies a clear and verifiable settlement error, in which case nee999 reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust Account balances accordingly.

6Bonuses and Promotions

nee999 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered Players. All such promotions are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published alongside the promotion. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.
• Each promotion is available to eligible Players once only, unless expressly stated to be a recurring offer.
• nee999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited and subject to active wagering requirements will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotional terms. Uncompleted bonus balances and associated winnings will be removed from the Account upon expiry of the validity period.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using third-party funds to satisfy wagering requirements, or placing low-risk offsetting bets — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nee999 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to place Bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems, games, or odds calculation engine.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt practice in connection with a sporting event on which Bets are offered.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nee999 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Impersonating another Player, nee999 employee, or any other individual or entity.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the nee999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of nee999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of nee999, except as follows:

• Your device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.

No right, title, or interest in or to the Platform or any content on the Platform is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by nee999.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, nee999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

nee999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. nee999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein, beyond those expressly set out in these Terms.

10Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your nee999 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via live chat on the dashboard. Upon receiving a closure request, nee999 will process the closure within a reasonable period, during which any pending Bets will be settled under normal rules. Any remaining Balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being satisfied and no outstanding disputes.

nee999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold any Balance pending investigation, if nee999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account has been used in breach of these Terms.
• The Account is the subject of a regulatory inquiry, law enforcement request, or court order.
• The Account holder has provided false information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

11Amendments to These Terms

nee999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, nee999 will provide reasonable notice to active Players via the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on the Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always available at nee999.app/terms-conditions.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which nee999 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team will be referred to binding arbitration or the relevant competent authority as determined by nee999's operating jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact nee999's support team at [email protected] and allow up to 30 days for nee999 to investigate and respond. nee999 is committed to resolving all legitimate disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
